Free Shipping is applicable on all orders of ₹499 and above.
Standard Shipping Charges will apply for orders below ₹499. These charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Express Shipping options are available for select locations at an additional cost and can be chosen during the checkout process.
3. Delivery Timelines
We aim to deliver your products within 2 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. However, actual delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and other external factors.
4. Order Processing
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1 business day of payment verification.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking details.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Upon dispatch, we will send you a tracking number via email.
- You can track your shipment by visiting the Shiprocket portal and entering your tracking ID.

6. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice.
- In case of failure to deliver (due to incorrect address, unavailability, etc.), the product will be returned to our warehouse.
- Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases, especially if the failure was due to customer-provided errors.
